Academics
Foresta Rincón Multidisciplinary Center is a bilingual private school in Rincón, Puerto Rico, offering a unique arts integrated, project-based approach to learning. We provide engaging proficiency lessons that are student-centered and differentiated to meet individual student needs, while adhering to common core standards.
Through Mindfulness, children develop emotional intelligence and social skills; students improve focus, self-regulation skills, build resilience and develop a positive mind-set at school, at home and in life.
Our Values
Our core values are Responsibility, Resilience and Respect. We work hard to teach and model these values, and support our students in doing the same.
RESPONSIBILITY: Being responsible, taking responsibility, acting responsibly, and having responsibilities is encouraged to all students through coaching on properly carrying out what is expected of us and accepting and owning the positive or negative outcome of our actions.
RESILIENCE: Our school continuously promotes resilience by consciously reducing social and physical vulnerability to natural hazards through sustainable community development. We view sustainable development strategies as a way to minimize loss, enhance recovery from disasters, and foster resilient communities in Rincón.
RESPECT: We implore our students to understand the importance of positive thinking both inwardly and outwardly in a way that demonstrates genuine care for feelings and well-being.
